Whad up Fam!
Pour your boy a glass, this brotha turned 30!!
As a kid growing up I always said to myself “house and kids by 30.” Well I’m 30 now and I’m still renting and I have no kids. But I have accomplished other things that make turning 30 feel special instead of depressing. Rhyming Chef getting picked up by a Canadian Broadcaster is LARGE! Filming the whole first season in my native island of Barbuda is LARGE! Finding the woman who I plan to marry is LARGE! Being an Exec Chef of a Yacht Club LARGE! I could go on, but I don’t wanna run the risk of bragging. Fact is I’m proud of what I’ve achieved so far, but definitely not content. I’m still pushing for more.
Since my last blog entry nuff tings have hit the front burner. AUX is about to launch their channel on Rogers channel 107 and Cypher is a part of their original programing line up. Cypher is all about hip hop and hip hop culture, hosted by yours truly, and will premiere every Friday @ 10pm starting October 2nd. Look out for that… brap brap!
Food TV came over to the Yacht club and did a feature on one of my classic dishes, the infamous “Curry Chickpeas and Basmati rice. I did a video demonstration for them, complete with rhymes and all. Should be good! I’ll let you know when they post it to their site.
Check the video section cause I’ve added two more clips to the site. These clips will teach you how to get your pasta and tomato sauce done proper yo! Check em and do the knowledge.
